Here is a Tutorial in which I talk a little about my Plastic Surgery Journey. I answer the question, why I had to get a second boob job and give tips to those that are thinking about getting one done.

Furthermore I talk about the topic of self love, accepting yourself vs. altering the body. I was often criticised for being a yoga teacher and yet altering my looks through plastic surgery.

The body, our looks and aesthetics don't have much to do with yoga. There can be a clear separation between ones physical being and ones real self, ones essence.
Understanding that separation and being aware that the physical, whether we modify it or not, is ephemeral is one of the most profound teachings. Not getting attached to our bodies, looks etc. - but that doesn't mean we have to let ourselves go or can't find pleasure in being fit or making ourselves beautiful and dressing (up) etc.

Another lesson that lies in this tutorial
